Qualification Necessary

CLIENT LEAD (DIRECTOR), THE ROBOT COMPANY

The Role
You will act as a key leader and agent of The Robot Company by generating big ‘never been done before’ ideas, crafting compelling strategies and delivering exceptional client service and partnership . You have knowledge of the individuals and brands shaping and driving conversation. You also have your finger on the pulse of culture (music, fashion, lifestyle and sports) and stay up-to-date on emerging trends. Responsibilities
  1. DEVELOP big ideas and strategies grounded in Client Partner goals and objectives while marrying Robot’s expertise in sports, entertainment and cultural marketing.
  2. CHAMPION cultural insights and work with/leverage the larger Robot team on application of those insights to drive storytelling around key strategies and ultimately to deliver client solutions.

ROLE OVERVIEW
We are looking for a Creative Executive who will be responsible for supporting the Feature Film Department. This role will be responsible for collaboratingwith a range of departmentswithin the organizationto assist with consistently developing premium content. ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  1. Create and maintain strong agency relationshipsand a strong network of talentwith directors and writers
  2. Support the Head of Film various projects on the slate
  3. Ability to act as a liaison for the feature film department when relaying creative notes to writers, directors, and other executives on a variety of projects
  4. Build rapport and maintain relationships with production companiesand studiosin various key markets
  5. Solicit appropriate development projects and evaluate new submissions, providing detailed coverage and/or script notes as needed
  6. Identify and secure new talent for projects in development
  7. Ensure a consistent level of quality is achieved and maintained on all creative fronts
  8. Leverage existing relationships within entertainment industry and emerging digital distribution platforms to help distribution efforts
  9. Sources possible materials books, stories and scripts for consideration in future film projects
  10. Build, develop and implement long term strategies for film division to endure continued growth

QUALIFICATIONS
  1. At least 7 years of related experience within the film Industry with at least 3 at a Creative Executive level within Development
  2. Bachelor’s degree preferred
  3. A strong understanding of both established and new trends within the feature film industry
  4. Consistently track both established and upcoming writers and directors in the feature space
  5. Must have proficient knowledge in regard to the ever-changing mandates of major studio’s and various investors
  6. Responsible for managing an expansive network within agencies, management companies, financiers, studio’s and other production companies.

  8. The ability to follow and discern scripts, books, articles and other various IP that would fit within The SpringHill Company’s overallbrand

ROLE OVERVIEW
We are looking for a Film Coordinator who will be responsible for supporting the Feature Film Department. This role will collaborate with the department to support incoming administrative tasks which will be crucial to ensure successful resource allocation, scheduling, and time management. An ideal candidate would bring a daily passion for film and a fierce hunger to learn the business. They will need to be able to effectively multi-task a high volume workload; have the ability to complete administrative tasks and projects quickly with little to no guidance; react with appropriate urgency to situations and events that require quick response or turnaround; and efficiently and creatively solve difficult or complex problems that affect people within the group or other related groups. The candidate would also have great attention to detail while still meeting tight deadlines, have regimented organization skills, and have the ability to switch gears at a moment's notice. Additionally, the candidate will need to have a strong story sense and be able to give input on various projects. They will also need the ability to identify and source writers, directors and other talent.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  1. Read and evaluate current and potential project scripts
  2. Administrative support (scheduling, travel arrangements, phones, research,screenings.
  3. Manage submission logs and internal department documents
  4. Manage expense reports on a variety of projects to ensure budget is allocated correctly on greenlit projects.
  5. Coordinate projects by consistently updating tracking grids, organizing ingoing and outgoing submissions, and handling script/book coverage and tracking.
  6. Composing correspondence that is sometimes confidential in nature and ensuring proper follow-up and follow through is maintained.
  7. Ability to maintain attention to detail across various projects while proactively using resources to handle day to day responsibilities.
  8. A strong story sense and ability to convey thoughts and opinions on all incoming material as well as all projects that are on the slate.
  9. Ability to identify and source both writers and directors who would be additive to the overall TSHC brand.
QUALIFICATIONS
  1. At least two years of administrative and prior desk experience at an agency, management or production company, or studio required....
  2. Bachelor’s degree preferred

ROLE OVERVIEW
We are looking for a Social Media Programming Coordinator who will be responsible for supporting the Programming Department. This role will collaborate with a range of departments within the organization to assist with consistently delivering premium programmed content. The successful candidate will be an expert familiar with all major social media platforms, who can complete administrative tasks with little to no guidance; effectively multitask and adapt to a fast-paced environment. They will use their social media knowledge to support branded/O&O content to ensure it is published in a timely manner and optimized to reach our diverse audience on all platforms.

Director of Programming
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  1. Optimize all social media platforms, content, and scheduling for UNINTERRUPTED.
  2. Community development and management of UNINTERRUPTED and TSHC social media platforms and audience.
  3. Write social copy + metadata to align with our brand tone and voice, and ensure our content is seen by our young, diverse audience.
  4. Manage and maintain the social media calendar to ensure all content assets are programmed to the correct date, time, and platform.
  5. Measure and report the performance of all social media assets through the individual platforms and 3rd party trackers. Generate weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports detailing the trajectories of our platforms.
  6. Perform regular content uploads to all social media platforms.• Work with our Paid Media Analyst and Brand Partnership team to create and manage compelling rollout opportunities for branded content.
  7. Execute on strategies to engage and build a long lasting, meaningful relationship with our audience, including engaging and leading online conversations from The SpringHill Company perspective.
  8. Stay up-to-date with emerging trends, platforms, updates, and creative/growth best practices. Continuously test new ideas and evaluate what’s working and what’s not.
  9. Bring our extensive archives to life in ways that attract new audiences.
QUALIFICATIONS
  1. Minimum 2 years professional experience managing social media account(s).
  2. Deep knowledge of social media platforms including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Snapchat.
  3. Understanding of and ability to analyze social media performance and demographic metrics to uncover insights & opportunities.
  4. Excellent communication skills, including consumer-facing written & digital copy in brand tone and voice.
  5. Fluency in sports and sports culture, including media, music, entertainment, activism, etc.
